working principle

The core working principle of the corner labeling machine is: the sensor detects the passing of the product, and sends back a signal to the labeling control system. At the appropriate position, the control system controls the motor to send out the label and attach it to the position to be labeled on the product. The product flows through the labeling control system. With the brush, the label is brushed, and the attaching action of a label is completed. The process is roughly divided into placing products (connecting to the assembly line)-product delivery-product testing-labeling (automatically completed by the equipment)-brush labeling-collecting the pasted products (flowing into the next stage of the assembly line). Compared with general labeling equipment, there are more brushes for labeling, and this step can make the labeling stronger.
