The retrofit is equipped with OMRON's new CP1H programmable controller, R88D-W and SmartStep-A series servo drive systems, and NS series touch screens. Servo drive control is used in the label cutter, the opening device, the transfer device and the vertical turret that transfers the label to the bottle. The CP1H programmable controller is used to send pulses to control the R88D and SmartStep-A servo system. The NS series touch screen is connected to the labeling machine, and the parameters are set and corrected by the NS series touch screen and many formula parameters are stored. During the operation process, the newer production data are continuously displayed on the screen, and the faults can also be displayed in the form of text and graphics.

The label cutting machine, opening equipment, transmission equipment and vertical turret that transfers the label to the bottle are all controlled by servo drive, which increases the production speed, and also meets the control accuracy in high-speed movement and reduces the maintenance cost.

Through the servo direct control of the cutter work, reduce the mechanical design and processing technology. In addition to improving the speed and accuracy of the manufacturer, the process of mechanical adjustment due to product changes is reduced. OMRON provides a functional block (FB) that simplifies communication between PLCS and inverters, shortens programming time and reduces workload.

After the transformation, the production speed of the marking machine is increased, the control accuracy of the high-speed movement required by the user is satisfied, and the maintenance cost of the user is greatly reduced.
