Sleeve labeling machine transformation
The modified sleeve labeling machine is equipped with OMRON's new CP1H programmable controller, R88D-W and SmartStep-A series servo drive systems, and NS series touch screens. Servo drive control is used in the label cutting machine, turning equipment, conveying equipment and the vertical turret that transfers sleeve labels to the bottle. Use CP1H programmable controller to send pulse to control R88D and SmartStep-A servo system, NS series touch screen is connected with labeling machine, and NS series touch screen is used to set and modify parameters and store many formula parameters. During the operation process, newer production data are continuously displayed on the screen, and faults can also be displayed in the form of text and graphics.
The label cutting machine, turning equipment, conveying equipment, and the vertical turret that transfer the sleeve label to the bottle of the modified sleeve labeling machine all adopt servo drive control, which increases the production speed by 100%, and also satisfies the high-speed movement. Control accuracy in the middle and reduce maintenance costs.
The work of the cutter is directly controlled by the servo, which reduces the mechanical design and processing technology. While improving the speed and accuracy of sleeve labeling machine manufacturers, it reduces the process of adjusting the machine due to product changes. The function block (FB) supplied by OMRON makes the communication between PLC and inverter easier, shortens the time of programming and debugging and reduces the workload.
